• BPC worked on a site in the Central Beds area, to unlock a site with numerous owners and exchange an option agreement with one of the UK’s largest house builders. The site is currently progressing its way through the complex planning system, something that BPC continue to monitor and provide relevant support on. Our unique relationships and understanding of the land market enable us to come to solutions to a range of problems.

• BPC Land, working on behalf of a well known developer, exchanged an option agreement on a sizeable parcel of land in Surrey, which was subject to a complex ownership system. With in excess of 25 years’ experience, we were able to devise a satisfactory solution to both parties concerns, and the site is on course to supply hundreds of homes of mixed sizes and affordability.
